Background

I have completed my undergrad studies in 2011 and in that time have also received a Certification in HR Management from PSU, and while I think those things are worth mentioning, I do not believe the are the most important part of my experiences, beliefs, or ability to be an asset to any company. In my 15+ years of work history, I've worn many hats (sometimes literally as I worked many years in a hat shop) and learned many valuable lessons and skills that can be applied in a myriad of situations and range from software and technology, marketing, office assistance, payment processing, USPS postage and practices, employee advocacy, and so forth. Valuing folks for their beliefs and experiences rather than their accomplishments, access to resources, and so forth is an important belief of mine and approach I carry with myself, whether work related or not. I strive to make a better world and community for all living beings.
