  Responsible for contract negotiation, compliance and reporting with private and governmental funders, staff management, identification and application for funding to operate the Housing and Energy Services Program, monitoring program requirements, coordination of outreach programs and educational programs for program participants. Carry a case load of 40 plus high needs clients and assisting them with advocating for rental assistance and alternative subsidy applications, applying for benefits, assist with negotiations with the landlords regarding obtaining and maintain housing, assist with energy assistance, support with their individual case plans, maintain up to date client files and daily data entry into systems such as; ETO (Efforts to Outcome) HMIS, OPUS and ITrac. Work with the Homeless Families System of Care and the Joint Office of Homeless Services in order to provide oversite to the homeless crisis. Supervise a team of 10-13 employees.
