Lead the revitalization of one of Portland's most historic African American community institutions.
Billy Webb Elks Lodge #1050 is seeking its first Executive Director to help shape the next chapter of a beloved organization with more than 100 years of history. The Lodge is currently in Phase Two of a major rebuilding effort, focused on completing its historic building, preparing it for occupancy, and reestablishing itself as a vibrant community asset.
The Executive Director will provide leadership across operations, fundraising, partnerships, programming, financial management, and membership engagement while helping build a sustainable future for the organization and the community it serves.
We're looking for a leader who brings:
- Experience leading nonprofit, community, cultural, civic, or membership organizations
- Strong fundraising and partnership development skills
- Financial and operational management experience
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
- A passion for community impact and cultural preservation
