We also support the negotiation and oversight of the purchase by the cooperative, Provide assistance to cooperative board of directors in ongoing operations.

Real Estate Development (RED) – We work with community organizations and nonprofit housing sponsors to expand and improve affordable rental housing, home ownership and community facilities. We provide development, consulting, and technical assistance services.
